Job Summary:
As an Account Manager, you will be representing world-class technology solutions in the areas of communications, entertainment and digital services by seeking out new business opportunities, communicating the business value proposition in a consultative manner, developing and maintaining good client relationship and competently performing all sales activities.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Cold call as appropriate within the market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.

Job Summary:
The Software Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for delivery and governance activities for small to large scale development projects, incidents, and enhancements. The role will also define and implement the team’s testing processes, and procedures.
Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning
- Documents all QA processes and enforce QA governance.
- Deliver project Test Strategies and Playbooks.
- Identify and deliver continuous service improvements initiatives.
- Develop and rollout QA templates, tools, performance enablers and standards.
- QA resource forecasting and capacity planning.
- Liaise with Technology portfolio teams to resolve technical issues during development, SIT, and UAT. Deep dive and carry out technical discussions to come up with workable solution to move forward.
- Aid on technical documentation pertaining to solution and architecture, and application changes.
Service Delivery:
- Formulate and implement software testing strategies and plans.
- Definition of the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery/sprint.
- Formulate, implement, and report on appropriate testing metrics.
- Deploying and managing the appropriate testing framework that will meet the project requirements.
- Achieve productivity gains by driving continuous improvement activities within the team.
- Experienced in test management, covering test strategy, test planning, scoping, and system test and UAT execution management.
- Experienced in User Acceptance Testing support and change management.
- Expertise in defect management.
- Contribute and enforce Release Management governance for small and large projects.
Communications & Reporting:
- Collaborate with the Business and Technology stakeholders to build an exciting and innovative culture within the teams.
- Ensure transparency in all projects through accurate reporting of the testing team’s KPIs and metrics.
- Provide regular testing updates to project stakeholders, particularly highlighting any testing-related potential risks and issues in advance.
- Keep track of testing work effort estimation versus actual time spent.
- Build testing dashboards in the enterprise-chosen test management tool.
People Management:
- Establish clear accountabilities and authority levels for direct reports and build a strong culture of accountability and performance to ensure delivery of business goals.
- Actively participate and strengthen employee engagement.
- Enforce succession planning within the portfolio.
- Ensure cross-skilling happens within the QA Testing team to avoid single points of failure for critical applications supported.
- Minimize specialization as much as possible.

Job Summary:
The Junior/Senior Developer is responsible for the developing of computer software applications and in converting specifications to detailed logical flow charts for coding into computer language.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design and develop software solutions.
- Conceptualize and design applications based on requirements gathered from the client.
- Design or plan customization of applications for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.
- Create functional requirements and documents for application development projects.
- Create technical documents for application development projects.
- Code applications based on requirements from clients and finalized designs produced.
- Write/rewrite, review and debug coded programs.
- Compile and document application development and subsequent revisions (including comments and walkthrough on coded instructions).
- Conduct unit testing of developed codes/modules and assist in conducting User Acceptance Testing.
- Support applications/systems developed by addressing queries and fixing reported bugs/design flaws
- Handle rechecking of programs and correct errors by making appropriate changes to ensure that the desired results are produced.
